Pop.and pour, 1 hr slow ox. Absolutely crushable. On the nose:.black tea, cardamom, wild strawberry, black cherry compote. On the palate: fantastic acidity, good density, more.black tea and cardamom, with juicy black currant, black pepper, pomegranate seed and a thin line of finely grained tannin. Excellent.

Really enjoyed this medium plus acid Pinot noir with mossy under tones and a bit of spice box kinda thing. It is young but enjoyable after about 30 mins. I should buy more.

Apr 17th, 2020This will get a higher rating with some age. 2018 is a bit vegetal. A bit of funk to it. Over all I like it because I was looking for something with more earthiness and this has it. I’ll try again in a year.
