Yummy! Needs to breathe an hour or so. Freshly opened it seemed tangy, after an hour it had opened up to deep dark berries and cocoa. Not sweet, tannins were soft but not flabby. Really enjoyed it with spicy meatballs in brandy sauce and haricots verts.
