2002 vintage. At Sushi Ginza-Iwa in Tokyo. Pale golden hue. Ripe lemon, stone fruit and brioche. Slight oxidation - nuttiness. On the palate, slightly fat - needs more acidity for my taste; also slightly too much dosage. Medium plus body, ripe flavours. Good finish. Lacks some elegance and finesse. Not strictly my style. Not sure if this will benefit from further ageing.
