Very special thing. Smells like Alfredo Maestro's La Cosa/The Thing minus the glue. Nose of celery and buckthorn, somewhat reminiscent of a green smoothie. I kid you not. Palate has more celery, extremely fresh acidity, and some tannins. Great stuff. 50+4+12+15+8=89
