Sommelier recommended and I was hesitant . Scott said let's do it ..... wow!!! Fantastic. So light, so complex and stood up to our pizza and pasta. Drank like a Pinot with a heavier body ....exaggerated old world earth. Yum !!! Had at buca yorkville. Order every time

A wine from a very hot area, the color almost black, nose a bit like some Aglianico del Vulture, taste big, clearly a food wine, rustic dishes will do.
