It’s overflowing with red cherry, dried orange peel, and brush herbs reminiscent of rosemary and thyme with a hint of leather and tar on the long finish. It’s wonderfully easy drinking and the pedigree is impeccable - it’s made by Priorat-wizard Alvaro Palacios from his family’s Vineyards in Rioja Baja. Organic, minimal sulfur use. 14% abv
