Richer-style #sauvignonblanc #carmenere blend from #maulevalley. Honeysuckle, white flowers, ripe pear nose. You’d think it’s more than 10% Carmenere from the round body. Ripe apple and soft peach notes on the palate, touch of grapefruit zest - could use more acidity for tension but nice floral impression overall. It matched pretty well with cilantro and green onion marinated grilled shrimp.
