This is the "Desolation" from the Champoux Vineyard. Has held up beautifully. It had such screaming acid and austerity upon release, I put it away, and kinda forgot about it. More reminiscent of mature white Burg than anything domestic. Rich with a touch of spice and forest floor. Fantastic with a Ramp Risotto.
