Napa cab with Irish lineage and, after a few hours, a Bordeaux soul. Rich, cedary Napa nose followed by dark plum, black cherry and dark chocolate. Tobacco. This has years to go, but comes out after an hour+ decant. Outstanding.

Great nose of berries and forest floor. Maybe tobacco too. Surprising amount of structure, still had some tannin to smooth out. Delicious.
