Big - high alcohol, tons of fruit, oak, etc. A bit medicinal / vegetal that came across as slightly unintegrated. For me this needs a big fatty steak, ideally in a couple years after a long decent.

Needs at least 2 hours to decant. Super full bodied. A tad too green vegetal for me. #2GU #MiniWineReview

Deep purple with ripe blackcurrants, blackberry, and oak on the nose. Hot and high alcohol on the palate with sweet black fruit predominant over any tannic structure or acidity.

Robust red for the best pork chop on the east coast

Underwhelming. Given the provenance & price point I had high expectations. What I got was thin & one dimensional.

Its really nice, but your better off buying the Papillon at half the price.
