Clear butternut gold in the glass. Dried apricots and pottery on the nose. Medium full body and medium plus acidity with medium tannins. Palate of terra cotta, dry ripe stone fruit, and white pepper. A sturdy white in the orange style from one of the original wine regions. Rich eastern European, Ural/Caucasian, or southern US foods would be a great pairing.

Bright amber in the glass. Nose and palate of dried orange and pottery with a hint of sherry. Medium plus acidity and medium tannins support the full-bodied mouthfeel and of course, elevate this to the epitome of a Whit food wine. Fried chicken? Tuna casserole? Roasted ham (northern or southern)? Vegetable lasagna? Here’s your wine!

Super light bodied color, but also shows depth with a confident earthiness and a refreshing, sharp finish.
