Actually grabbed this from wine fridge to use in a Spanish meatball sauce recipe. Poured a quick glass to try and it’s delicious! Not as smooth and rounded as other Malbecs I’ve had, but very nice. Berries with a peppery note. Husband was also smoking/grilling a bison steak and it was very good with that.
