A little bottle age adds another dimension and more richness. Completely blows away bulk Chablis AC bottles(they say Chablis on label and taste innocuous). From vines taken back from Domaine Leflaive after the 2009 vintage, so debut vintage. A Domaine Olivier Leflaive wine: Recolte du Domaine as opposed to Produit du France.

Bright acidity and luscious creaminess that paired perfectly with lobster

What if a white burgundy got together with a Loire SB? This would be their love child... The age shows less brightness and more of an aged white burgundy with a subtle nutty note... Drinking this young and the acidity will attack you much like the end result of having too much fresh cut pineapple at once... It's in a good place!!!
