This was 40% piquette with the remainder Blaufrankisch and Chambourcin. Honestly, it tastes like 100% piquette. That’s not a bad thing, but I was expecting it to have a bit more grip. Taken for what it is, this was fun and refreshing.

Nice wine from Westminster. A bit tight when opened but after 20 minutes. Cherry vanilla notes.

This tasted more like a traditional wine than a natural wine. On the traditional scale it was jammy and had a nice tannins. On the natural scale it was interestingly herbal but missing the compelling funk and mystery.
