Napa County Cabernet Sauvignon

Good cab, takes some time to open up. Not all that noteworthy though. A bit short on the palate.

East drinking. Great wine for the price.

Expected more. Lots of dark berries and jammy, but not much in the way of nuanced layered complexity.

Not quite as strong as some others. Great potential. Young. Still like it. But...

Slightly sweet spiced aroma. Not tart but little dry clean mouthfeel. Good by itself, good with smokehouse almonds, probably good with steak.

Very nice wine

This wine opened up super well, and I love the body of the wine. I’ve been looking for a wine that was well balanced, not too fruity - but fruity enough, and just right on the tannins. I’m going to recommend this as a wine everyone should have on their shelf as a just in case

I recoiled at the sharpness of the first sip. It has strong aromas of licorice and cough syrup. It seemed to mellow with time.

Supple tannins. Ripe fruits, blackberries, cherry. Slightly spicy. 2015. Great for price point of $22. Went well with grilled pork chops

V16. Fruit bomb. Soft cedar nose. Juicy black currant , black berry and blueberry fruits. Semi dry finish. Nice entertaining wine.
