Not gonna lie, upon opening it sort of smelled like using a matchstick to cover up manure. Luckily sulfur notes blew off with some time to reveal cranberry, tart cherry, wild strawberry notes, a pleasant amount of manure, mushroom, and violet perfume. Easy drinking with sneaky complexity; light in color yet medium bodied on palate, with a sour cherry candy finish.
