Much much better expression than the '11. Luscious up front wine but with a dusty finish if you bring in enough air should be singing in 1 year nothing wrong with popping one now.

Great aromatics of violet, black pepper and berries. Palate displays similar notes along with cedar and some roasted meat. The finish shows minerality and acidity. Great wine and drinking terrific young

Would not normally open a Syrah this young, but my first Myriad and wanted to get a sense for the style. Certainly needs air at this point and stellar on day two.
