A new wine for me, a Muscat or Muskateller in German, vinified bone dry. A great accompaniment to Thanksgiving as it has a nice mix of florals and minerality with a bit of acid to cut through the heavy food. Lacks the highs and lows of the great German rieslings, but operates in a very tasty and accessible mid-range of flavors at a very reasonable price.

🌹 Roses on the nose. In the glass super dry not sweet but pure fruit. This will blow you away! Kefir lime Rangpur lime and mandarine 🍊 zest. If you want to taste a Muscat of class this is it. German wineries make very little of this almost nothing as the grape likes heat it’s a hobby. But when they bottle it dry it is glorious.
