This is their entry-level wine, 100% Palomino from the La Platera vineyard in the Pago Miraflores. Vines are about 25 years old and rooted in albariza lustrillos soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel (no oak barrels, no flor). Intense, mineral nose with flinty notes. Dry, fresh, saline, elegant.
