Paired with one of the best pieces of tuna I have ever eaten at Quattro. This is the richest Chardonnay I have ever loved! Gigantic, Montrachet like stuff! Everything was concentrated, including the excellent acidity. Wow!

Amazingly fresh, tastes like 6 yrs old instead of 16. If Chardonnay always tasted this good I would never stop drinking it. At Bouloud Sud.
