Interesting wine! My first instinct was to turn this into a spritzer, butter stands proud but given some air it actually presents with apricots, lemon, jasmine, hay, and grapefruit.

Light gold in color, nose has some oak and hay. Pretty smooth with a light pucker of acidity after some butter. Medium body- Apple, pear and maybe a hint of grapefruit. Lingering taste in the mouth of butter, oak, pear and maybe vanilla. Pretty good!
