Splendid aromas with creamy spice and a hint of apple pie spice. The fruit is ripe apple, pear and citrus rind. On the palate the mineral tones are in the forefront with pear, smoke and lemon curd flavors. Drinking very well right know but has stuffing to age in the short term.
