Very nice but a tad less pop than the 2015. Nose is dense dark fruits with a touch of spice. Approachable on opening. Palate full bodied with leather and tobacco most prominent with prune/raisin/undergrowth and moderate tannins. Crisp and clean finish considering the complexity.
