Guarda Rios Red Blend

Would buy again. Does not have that twang typical of Portugal reds at the end. Recommended by the good folks at Macadoodles. Good wine for the price.

Fairly big red - would never guess it’s from Portugal! Very good in its own, juicy, with smooth finish.

Wood, olive on the nose. Red tart fruits, smooth earth tones. Firm finish. Excellent wine for the price tag.

Very delicious, easy drinking red. Medium-bodied, fruit but not too sweet. Nice acidity.

Scored 97 points by Decanter! Very deep and rich! Heavy tannins! Like a Tawny port but unaged.
