Dusty, earthy, slightly brett, very aromatic, thick rose pedal, red cherrries- bit concentrated fruit-. Med body, med p acid, super silky smooth texture, touch of bitterness and minerality on the end with long lingering finish of rose pedal, cherries, lavenders. I would be very happy with this with rack of lamb or mushroom pizza.

Sep 12th, 2016Lovely approachable lighter bodied Nebbiolo. Went well with tomato based chicken roast but better with smokey dark chocolate.
