A wine added to the celebration of Moet vintages after the big auctions of other 1911s last year. Wine had no bubbles, never mind, so lovely a drink with the lovely sweet aromas of brioche, pannetone and honey; palate of honeycomb, nuts, confectionery, not overly dry either from the richness. Alcohol 12.5%, dosage 7g/l. Disgorged January 2011.
