Full of dark and red fruit, milk chocolate, with hints of vanilla, violet, cedar, and tobacco. On the palate it has fine grained chewy tannins and balancing acidity in this medium plus bodied Bordeaux blend. Great solid quality!

Clear, Pale Ruby Appearance. Clean, Pronounced Intensity with Blackcurrant, Blackberries, Vanilla, and Cedar Aromas. Dry, High Acidity, Medium Tannin, Full Body, Blackberry, Vanilla, and Sweet Spice Flavours. Long Finish. Very Good Quality Wine.

Deep purple with ruby hue and thin watery rim. Merlot's chocolate blackberry softness was most apparent. Aroma has an underlying blackcurrant and herbaceous tone with hint of spice and oak. On the palate it was very dry with gripping tannin and medium plus acidity. However, it was quite full bodied and flavours come in waves after getting pass the rough tannins and into the finish. Black cherry, black currant, chocolate and oak flavours were the most prominent followed by toffee and hint of grass. Still young so hold for another 2~3 years or open now but have to decant and aerate first.
