Salmos Priorat Cariñena Blend

Ripe new world styled. Medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and flavours of black cherry cola, blackberry, mineral, chocolate box, and a hint of floral. Elegant and long finished.

First taste of a Spanish Priorat and pleasantly surprised. Dark and light berries, cigar box and leather on the nose. Good balance. Intense fruit. Over 14 per cent alcohol, but not overpowering. Fine tannin structure and and vanilla aftertaste adds to the long finish.
