Concentrated red fruit bomb(super yummy!!!)hint of rosemary, eucalyptus, black pepper and vanilla aroma on the nose. Concentrated intense aroma- need decant-. Full body, med p acid, fruity but also followed by good minerality and acidity. Fruit on the first palat, abundant amount of minerality on the back. Drunk with porkbelly &pork loin and fingerling potato. Fantastic.
