Uninspiring aromas of vanilla, cedar, cooking spice. The palate is where the party started. Very fresh with good acidity backbone. Resolved but firm tannin. Pronounced notes of cassis, plum, black cherry, tea leaves. A hint of greenish character but in a good way. Salty! The best of the Mezzacarona's current lineup!
