Anything bottled by the liter is all right with me. 60% Pinot Blanc, 15% Muscat, 15% Chasselas, 10% Riesling. Patiently waiting for it to lose some chill as some pretty nuance is emerging. #kermitlynch- always delivering.

Pungently aromatic nose.....floral and sweet. Palate is conversely dry and minerally, with somewhat flat and disjointed acid. Pleasant enough, and the 1 Liter bottle is a plus.

Mar 10th, 2015A 1L bottle of Edelzwicker this good can't be wrong. Bright quince, light tropical notes, with a zesty, stony minerality at the finish. Fresh and refreshing!
