Cellared for 6 years (and we suspected it may have crested the hill), but this showed surprisingly well - deep honeyed color, developed tertiary flavors of toffee, caramel, mudapple, and stewed apricots, mouth-filling creaminess, and enough acid to keep it fresh. Satisfying finish that lingers.
