Lovely Pinot from Russian River. Olivet is the oldest vines from this producer. Beautifully balanced, yummy fruit with nuance and complexity. Paired wonderfully with grilled Salmon on a cedar plank.

I have had a couple of these and I actually prefer them cold on day 2 than room temp. Black cherry / plum is the dominant fruit profile. Pretty straight forward but pretty delicious
