Fifty Tons Cabernet Sauvignon

Has aged well and not too strong on the oak or tannins. Love these wines with some age on them.

A good #cab. Still a tad young, but very drinkable. Nice dark fruit flavors of blackberry and a touch of currant, jammy. Well balanced with good mouth feel. Moderate tannins, warm spice on finish.

Loved how this wine stood up against its Napa counterparts — terrific value from Alexander Valley

Deep color, full bodied with dark cherry on the nose. I tasted red fruit like cranberry, dark cherry, and a hint of violets at the finish. Glad we waited 7 months before opening as others have commented it's on the young side.

A bit young. Great body. Great structure. Glad I have extra to leave on its side a bit longer.

Winemakers Note: This should cellar well for the next several years. (Released in November 2014)
