Slightly peppery, Light aftertaste. Held up the steak. Both of us liked it.

Langhe Freisa. Wait around five minutes after pour, more deeper aromas will come(since this wine is slightly fizzy). Plenty of red violet flower, herbacious, grassy aromas on the nose. Slightly fizzy(you can feel on the texture), ripe red apple(slightly mush) flavor followed by medium plus acid and soft tannin. Nice glass pour wine, easy drinking wine like beaujolais. It was famous wine that paired with grilled meat in brazillian restaurant. Prfer to serve slightly chilled.
