Had this at four horsemen. So light that it's barely a red wine, but still has plenty of flavor. Kind of funky and delicious. A good summer wine. I won't be craving this when it gets cold but it's a perfect red for August.

Like Poulsard or trousseau but from the Côtes Catalanes. Reduction turned into white flowers. Full spectrum of berry flavors, from raspberries to wild strawberries to blackberries. Herbal. Nice structure as well. Give this lots of time in a big glass or a couple years in the cellar. You will be amply rewarded.
