Made with Oseleta grapes which give the wine a unique character and complementing the Veronese grapes. Deep red with aromas of dark Berry fruits and sweet spice. On the palate, this full body wine shows ripe jammy Berry fruits, a touch of and cacao with sweet vanilla spice. Fine smooth tannins, generous oak and well balanced. You can taste the dried grapes (dried for 2 months) on the long lingering finish. A great value. Tasting Sample.

This wine confuses me. A slight ruby Port nose with touch of oxidation, but not expressive of fruit. Dark ruby perhaps a touch brown, very high acid, tastes/feels very much thinner than it looks, chalky finish with medium tannin, slight raisin character, fruit is otherwise muted, finishes somewhat astringent.

Deep ruby light can't even pass through. I had to do a long pour and let it sit for about 10 minutes to wake it up. It gives aroma of oaky blackcurrant, cherry, vanilla, and almond. Chewy tannin still on the rough side but still quite delicious. Medium high acidity brings out the fruity oaky flavours of this wine. It is a deeper expression comparing to the original Masi Campofiorin. Can hold for another year or two.
