A fantastic Languedoc blend of Carignan, Mourvedre, Syrah, and a bit of Grenache. The nose hits you first with cassis and red berries and later reveals a more complex mix of black fruits, plums, figs, herbs and black olive tapenade with dark chocolate. The body is full, rich, robust yet elegant, the tannins start to soften and the acidity is just precisely right to keep you going for another glass, finish is long and delicious!! My score 91, drink to 2019.
