So strong, despite its age, that it was a little too intense to drink with anything but steaks. This wine could easily age another 5 years. I waited 2 hours for it to breathe, but it never changed. Intense Cabernet flavor with some sweetness to start, ending in intense acidity. Well-made but not good for sipping alone or with mild food or cheese.

Это бомба. Купаж 2003 Каберне, Шираза и Пти вердо плюс 15"алкоголя дали фантастический рубиновый цвет и вкус спелой смородины. Божественно. Одна из моих высших оценок.
