Seducing bouquet of biscuits/cookies, grassy whiff, soaked apples, pineapple, white grapefruit, apricot, jasmine.
Medium+ bodied rounded palate, silky and fruit-forward. Apple, white grapefruit, pineapple, pleasant bitterness, kumquat, nougat, white plum.
Slight (pleasant) bitterness on finish scented by pineapple, orange peels, white plum.
Would be fine as aperitif and if paired to fish courses.
