Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Tactile, fine grain sandpaper like, so perhaps an acquired case for some. A clean nose, lemon and lemon peel flavors with depth, great acidity. A deep dive into the variety; not for the faint of heart. After 90 minutes the skin tannins do mellow so you might decant this.

Quickly turning into a fan of Megan Bell. Cool fun natural wines. Reminds me of apples that are ripe/soft and not super crunchy. Has that smell of tangerines that gets on your hands as you peel it.
