This had one of the most unique aromatics of a champagne I’ve ever come across. Toasty, doughy, but with marzipan and golden raisins. The palate was balanced between fruit (caramel dipped apple) and honeycomb with sea salt. Would like to try again. Thanks @Clare Gillette

young and a bit aggressive. Needs time but plenty of fruit. Not one I’d run out to buy.
