Apr 1st, 2024Super complex nose, spice, big red cherries, really complex spice and old wood shavings. Mint, clove, cardamom. Citrus shavings. Licorice. Wow what small tiny berry fruit concentration and purity. Fine fine tannins. Red cherries, red cranberries, and such fine tannins and such good freshness and acidity. Awesome presence and super pure. Lip smacking and pure. Awesome length. After 4/6 hours the tannins melt and it becomes so so seductive. wow. Remarkable freshness and complexity. Wonderful fruit and freshness.
