Smells of ripe Chenin. Browned apple cores and melted cinnamon. A thick, big boy - round and the tiniest bit oily.

Tastes like baked red apples and orange pulp and lemon zest and a little bitter from jasmine tea.

Absurd for the value as is usually the case with these guys.

Different and expressive. It doesn’t have the nuance and pensiveness you can find in the world’s best Chenin. But this is still very good with ripe tropical fruits and pear. Lychee, passion fruit, buttered popcorn. Creamy, austere, moderately abrupt.
