Delicious! Quince, citrus and white flowers. And crazy crushed stones and minerals. It went very well with the ahi poke.

(Few weeks ago) 2013 in 8/20. Grabbed at Digrs hunting for fun alt whites. Rob said he had an off btl and a stunner back to back. Rolled the dice. On the initial nose- never had anything like this before....all gas and petrol, not a hint of anything resembling fruit, gas gas gas. and vegetal-ness.

palate- similar. using schott zweisel ries gls.

Def a bit o2'd but not close to demolished as I feared. This is a few yrs behind its window but the shop swore it was still drinking well. Wish I started with this before the Manhattan and the Riesl which turned out too be off dry rather than dry.

Def more interesting than "good" but I'm glad I got to "experience " this. Wouldn't chase a 2nd btl but curious to try more recent ones.

Day 2 was same. Day 5+ little O2'd...TF would love this wine!
