The1998 Clos De La Roche from Maison Roche De Bellene was a simply amazing wine! Opened and poured into wine glasses from wine bottle. Within ten minutes it was offering a great perfume of roses, cranbeerry, red berries and on the palate solid acidity, back be and complexity in flavor profile. The wine kept getting more complex for the first thirty or so minutes. We are so looking forward to our next bottle!

My favourite of the night. Nose of fruit and vanilla/oak. Enjoyable on the palate with medium body, dark fruit flavours, well-integrated tannins balanced by acidity. Very well structured with long finish.
