Cornas Syrah

Awesome aromas. Dark blackberries. Game. Meat. Olives. Garrigue. Smells thiccc! Wow what pure blackberry fruit. Palate is so good. Hedonistic Syrah fruit with huge crushing tannins that are perfectly ripe. This is a big boy. So slippery and sexy though. Amazing finish that is highly detailed and delineated. This is a blackberry bomb though at this early stage. Love it. Massive concentration and fruit soak. Awesome velvety and sweet tannins. Mineral/granite tinged finish. But needs air. As this airs the granite really comes through on the nose. Love these wines.
