Torcolato Torcolato Vino Liquoroso Passito Naturale

Unique dessert wine. Uses a different passito method. Rather than lay the grapes on straw to dry, these are hung. Ripe grapes are hand picked to ensure no damaged berries. The grapes are then hung four months in a drying room. This creates a full bodied, sweet wine that is closer to sherry.
