Nice Nebbiolo. On the nose, I get tart red cherries and bacon (I think). The palate is similar and it went very well with the veal loin chops with rosemary. Yum!

Evolved over the evening... Deep nose of strawberry preserves, topsoil, mint, dried red flowers, and balsamic with tobacco and olive notes showing with time. Elegant. Cherries and bright red fruit bounce around the palate, surrounded with cigar box notes, and carried by a punch of acidity. Finishes soft, with bone dry tannins which lingers with excellent length. Better in 5+ years.
