Burgundy tasting 3/7/17. $210 with amphoras NOT waxed inside. Cloudy wine. Highway of oxygen. FROM BOTTOM OF CORTON. No handling. After one year took out pits and wood. Then back in. Bottled when news of Bob Dylan got Nobel. Nose subdued but hints of earthiness and soil. No color of oranges. Palate is like nose and very interesting but unusual and would not have known is white Burg.
